    Went to the gym during lunch with Jamie. We did 30 mins of weights (arms/legs) - 3 sets of each machine and 20 mins (2 miles) of cardio on the elliptical. Overall, a great workout!

    In honor of National Running day: ran two miles with Jamie @ Rails to Trails during lunch. Felt a little sluggish after traveling from NC the day before, but at least I got out there!! :)
