I really really didn't want to run but knew that i would be off my schedule already if i didn't. I don't know how ppl run in the dark. I had reflective gear and a head light but I don't think ill run at night again alone. Nothing happened but I spent more time watching my back then actually enjoying the run. I'll plan better next time
