      People don't realize how much work it is to ride a horse! I like to take people that don't ride and throw them on for a few hours and then visit with them the next day to see how they feel. Lol

      @Dawana, thats one of my favorite things to do! I LOVE giving lessons to people who think riding is easy.

      @Drago I have to account for warm up/cool down time, so its not 1:15 of hard riding (thank god).

    Yes, Buffalo Rock actually does have buffalo. Max was less than thrilled (he is hiding behind my legs as I take the picture, the little chicken), Loki was not sure what to make of it.

      when I was a little kid, my parents called buffalo: "Hodags" -its a long story....anyways, my whole childhood life, I always thought that "if I stick around outside, I will get eaten by a Hodag!!!" So I was always afraid of buffalo, but I eventually learned "buffalo" were not aggressive, therefore, they were not a thing I needed to fear in my life. It was a very good lesson...

      I love Sylvan Island...only been there a couple times just to walk around and explore but it is pretty awesome there! I like all the old looking factory remains and stuff...it's an interesting mixture of scenery. It was probably a paradise for the pups =)
