You have your workouts there waiting for you, get them in! I was kind of not feeling it today. I think last couple week's busy schedule & the weekends workouts really caught up with me. Was so exhausted today & took it easier this afternoon. Feeling better now.

I need a kick in the ass and about 30 hours in a day (I'd use most of the extra hours to sleep!)
Jeannie - wish it was as easy as just doing the workouts in my inbox... I've just been totally overwhelmed and stretched thin. Started taking melatonin Saturday evening and actually feel like I'm getting some good sleep. That will make a huge difference... along with not having a 50 hour work week any time soon. :)about 1 year ago • Like
