RUN
alright HopTown 3.26 mi 00:23 06:54 pace
In no way was this run enjoyable. Couldn't get into a comfortable rhythm and my pace was all over the place. But I still got a workout.

RUN
good HopTown 10.4 mi 01:22 07:55 pace
Relaxing evening 10 miler. Emphasis was on pace discipline. Going to start working on rebuilding a mileage base. I'll focus on speed once I'm comfortable running long distance again.

WOw, you just jumped right in to it. Those miles at that pace are pretty amazing!

RUN
alright Hotness. Not me....the weathe... 6.25 mi 00:47 07:27 pace
Totally underestimated the temps but this was a nice easy run anyways. Didn't push it due to my left knee feeling awkard and enjoying the scenery on some country roads.
