  2. RUN
    alright HopTown 3.26 mi 00:23 06:54 pace

In no way was this run enjoyable. Couldn't get into a comfortable rhythm and my pace was all over the place. But I still got a workout.

  3. RUN
    good HopTown 10.4 mi 01:22 07:55 pace

Relaxing evening 10 miler. Emphasis was on pace discipline. Going to start working on rebuilding a mileage base. I'll focus on speed once I'm comfortable running long distance again.
