Okay, here is what I am thinking. I am signed up for a Olympic tritomorrow I am thinking that I may drop down to a sprint just because I don't feel good and I don't want to push it.

Before anything, be injury Free! Grand Rapids 70.3 Half Ironman-June 9th. Swim to the Moon 5k Swim. Several trail races, maybe Trail Marathon in Spring.

Yes - I had a rough run tonight too. Seriously there are at least 5 people I know who have posted ick runs this past week! Nice pace for stopping to walk a few times - and good mileage.

good Trails at Lunch 4 mi
Not sure of the pace or exact distance because I didn't have my Garmin. Even though it was super hot and humid I had a blast running the trails around my work.

Rough run, my legs were pretty much shelled from the ride yesterday. Wanted. To run longer but it want happening today. We had an awesome French breakfast at Jerome's place after. Yum!!

good Island Lake-Long Ride 55 mi
Took the day off work and decided to do my long ride today because my weekend is pretty busy. It was a beautiful day,70 degrees, Sunny and not a cloud in the sky. Had a blast riding out there.

Ran the tobboggan loop with Karen, Jan, Jeff, and Sean. Was pretty hot so I ran with my shirt off, also took an enduralyte tab before the run which seemed to help a bunch.

Yeah, ended up getting the shivers. Think that's a pretty good sign that I should rest. It stinks, but I have to be smart and keep the long term goal in mind.
