  1. Okay, here is what I am thinking. I am signed up for a Olympic tritomorrow I am thinking that I may drop down to a sprint just because I don't feel good and I don't want to push it.

      Yeah, ended up getting the shivers. Think that's a pretty good sign that I should rest. It stinks, but I have to be smart and keep the long term goal in mind.

    Took the day off work and decided to do my long ride today because my weekend is pretty busy. It was a beautiful day,70 degrees, Sunny and not a cloud in the sky. Had a blast riding out there.

    Ran the tobboggan loop with Karen, Jan, Jeff, and Sean. Was pretty hot so I ran with my shirt off, also took an enduralyte tab before the run which seemed to help a bunch.
