By 1/2 mile the pain was too intense to continue. Extensive conversation with PA afterwards- really likely that I have swelling (possibly of the veins) that's pushing on the nerve. Not happy. Lovely weather.


Maybe some rest will help. Maybe cross train?

Well, thanks. Cross training for me is limited to things that are a) free and b) 10 minutes or less from my house. As you can imagine that's rather constraining :)

My compression socks arrive soon. We'll see if they help. The basic idea here is that if it hurts a lot, I need to back off. So some days are probably going to be fine and others... not so much (as today). A few weeks ago things were going so well, too.

Thats like my stupid foot. Some good, some not. Had to learn the things that piss it off, give it rest between certain things. You'll figure it out. Hope the compression helps.
