Really tired today, not enough sleep last night. My usual track night was preempted by a schedule change request from a little hottie named Angela . She wants to run with a local group on Monday's now, so I last minute changed my plans to just squeeze in 35 minutes in order to be back at home in time for her to make it to the group. Maybe track night will be Tuesdays. Either way, I'm still not feeling bounced back from the week off.

It's always nice to run with the wife. I did a track workout with mine last night. I paced her to her first sub 6:00 mile 5:54

Thanks, David. But we didn't actually run together tonight. Usually not possible for us, but sometimes we get to. We alternate nights and Monday's have been mine for awhile. However she wants Mondays now so I had to cut it really short to be home in time for her to go.
