Felt pretty sore and stiff to start but loosened up and felt nice the rest of the way 8:29, 7:49, 7:44, 7:44. Weird weather- started off 57 and sunny, then midway through a rainshower rolled in, and I got alternating bursts of cold wind/rain and hot steam/rain. Kinda cool.


Looks like the run loosened you up nicely. Solid 4.
