One of those rare days I'd rather just go hide under a rock and hope stuff goes away. But I went out and did the workout anyway. I wish I could say I channeled the stress, or blew off some steam, or what have you. But no, I just slogged it out and worked on staying focused on the task at hand. Despite not feeling physically or mentally well, I actually turned in a very respectable workout for me. Kinda surprised to be honest.
2x6x400 (200m recovery jog ranging from 58-69 as I got weaker).

Solid set of 400's, nice job - sometimes a run helps with the mood, sometimes it doesn't, but it's still far better than not having done the workout.
