I expected some soreness today but nope. Just ran at a bit faster than "easy" pace, based on effort. Out and back, first two into the wind, with the wind pushing me nicely on the way back. 7:49, 7:23, 7:07, 7:11

I will take any runs without pain any day. Isn't that funny how that works sometimes. I have had days where walking would hurt and nothing would hurt when running. Nice finish to your run.
