Met the wife and kids at the track. I had no agenda today. I realized after 2.5 miles I was going to die of boredom if I continued the easy mile thing. So I started doing 100m pickups. Jog 100, run 100. The fast parts were 17-19s. I did that for two miles. Ran a little cool down and called it good.
