MUCH BETTER. I would have thought last night didn't happen. Hit the ground feeling bouncy and light. Four miles at roughly a steady state pace, flirting with tempo pace at the end. Not a hint of fatigue in the legs. I finished feeling like "that's it?" I'm going to try to run a few more tonight. And I may, as Tim M. suggested, try my track workout later in the week.
