      Yay for a mile! I wish I were better about fitting in a mile here and there, but I always look at it as laundry (and I only have so many running clothes) heh. Good job!

    Did this with some other freshman. Someone told me it takes 1-2 hours to get to the top and we made it in half an hour! Some seriously steep hills there. Felt good though

      Do you have a smart phone? You can use the Nike + app and keep track of it that way! If not, you can go to walmart/target/etc and get a cheap gps watch that would be basic info to help you keep track. (I am talking $30- $40, nothing expensive!)

      I don't think you should worry too much about recording your walking - I think it's nice to just know you're doing it and staying active! But if you ever want motivation or comments on it, you know where to find us :)

      That's what I'm thinking, Brie. I'll just stick with the knowledge that I'm staying healthy by walking a lot and not worry about recording it. But thanks for the advice, Lisa!
