    Felt good today but man that thing is a killer! Also did circuits. tired now and there is a good chance I will be in bed before my kids.

    first real attempt at running in a while. I did weights first and just never hit a stride. I'll hit it again in the AM though

    run was very hard. Calves and ankles hurt, finally had to give it up after 2.5. May try and make up for it tomorrow. I think running after the stairmaster is still a bit much for me.

    The new treadmills apparently set you up for 28 minutes and I did not know how to make it 30. strange. still a good workout

    went great. meant to do the other ab excercise today too but didn't get a chance. ( hanging legs, 4 count, knees to chest, down, L, down) did it yesterday and it was tough.

    Wow! did the stairmaster that is like a giant never ending escalator. started at level 4 and eventually moved it up to level 7. It was a killer but I finished it.

      You have you never ending escalator and I have a Poltergeist Hallway Hill. LOL!! It does get better, right?
