    Easy Z1 recovery run. Definite improvement in HR. 100 m sprints at the end. Have moved down from 18 to 15seconds

    Steady run with Sandeep. No firepower today. Legs felt weak. Dint sleep yesterday too. On the contrary, body held well and felt strong throughout. Did not struggle. Was just unable to ramp up pace.... read more

    HRM is cranky again. HR for 1st km is 62 before it stabilized .

    Garmin conked off at the start. Time & Distance approximate. Felt like a blind folded person in the midst of heavy traffic without a HRM to do an aerobic run

      Nice run Aravind. Somehow i prefer to be quite consistent with the route/time of run/distance/etc for the MAF test just to ensure that I minimize all the variables as much as possible. I have seen that even a slight increase in temperature/humidity/elevation or lack of sleep affects the MAF pace and may result in a wrong inference. Curious to know if you have experienced this before.
