      yes! and after that race i thought i was good to go for long runs, but i never kept it up and now i'm lucky to get through 3 miles. i suck. hahaha. but i'll eventually register for another one and hopefully get the mojo back. congratulations on finally getting your run (and sun) in after such a long and terrible recovery period!
