I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my back pain since I started walking. Had to break that vicious cycle.... hurts to walk but not walking makes it worse, etc.

No walk yesterday, way too hot but we walked around Qwest center for a few hours so that counts for something, right? ;)

Supposed to be REALLY hot tomorrow so I think I'll take Chloe for a walk with me as soon as we get up.

Andy went with me so my pace was a little slower because of his back but it felt good
