      Hoping this will translate into faster long distance races. Race times predictors seem very accurate for the shorter--middle distances, but definitely underestimate my sprint pace and seem to overestimate 10k + pace

    Ran the first four miles MUCH faster (9:45 pace) than the last two (~11min/mile pace). Stopped a bunch to cool off. So hot out there. I think I'm melting.

      I know right? My legs are so tired now, with back to back hard runs (400m repeats yesterday) -- normally 7 miles isn't that hard, but today it was.
