      The struggle is ok! I almost ALWAYS struggle when I run....if the pace feels easy then I should probably speed up so it's hard again;) You are doing great and are seriosuly making quick progress! Proud of you my friend!

    It has been 22 days since I ran last. I started out really slow and sped up (at least for the last half mile. Made myself stop at 1.5, felt like I could have kept running forever. :)
