5:30 a.m. Kettlebell class

Great class! Lots of shoulder work.. slight mishap at the end when I went to put the kettlebell on the shelf and ended up knocking a 20lb kettlebell off and it landed on the instructors foot..oops! Luckily, it just grazed her! Happy Monday!
