      the legs tied is a great drill. you can buy straps from speedo that loop your ankle and do the same thing but more elegant looking

    Having issues with the garmin - if your rest interval is only a 2-3 seconds and you go before it changes to the rest screen it wont recognize you hit the button.... frustrating
