good Obstacle Stairs, Burpees, & Sandbags 4.5 mi 01:22 18:12 pace

Our Spartan Team...Team Cushi met at Bloomer this morning for the first time to workout together. We ran the staircase obstacle course (.35 miles around and then up the 210 stairs) three times. Then we began the next challenge. Taking a 40 pound sand bag down and then up the stairs. After handing the sandbag off to the next person at the top of the stairs, we did 10 burpees and then ran a recovery loop around the course again, up the 210 stairs, burpees again and then grab a sand bag and proceed to do it over again!

Can't remember how many laps. Lol
5 journeys up and down the stairs with the sandbags.
At least 125 burpees or more.
