Warm Up

5 minute run

Main set (On treadmill or outside)

* 90 second plank
* Run 2 minutes
* 90 second hollow hold

Repeat x 8

2 mile cool down run

Cool Down:
* Stretch

This was a far tougher workout than I had imagined it would be!
