I felt so good and so strong during Saturday's Tough Mudder Half...which meant I must be doing something right with my training. So if it's not broken why try to fix it. Sticking with the Spartan WODs

WARM-UP:
•Jump Rope 10 minutes

MAIN SET:
- Wall Sit x 30s
- Jump Squats x 10 - Jump for max height each rep
- Plank x 30s
- Rest 1 min
Repeat
Did this 12 times

- Push-up x 10
- Dips x 10
- Bear Crawl x 20 yards
- Rest < 1min and repeat 3x
Did three sets

Treadmill / Hill Climb
•Begin at level gradient (0) and increase gradient every 2min for 10min
•Finish with 2 min max effort run on level treadmill

Started at 0 and increased 1 percent every two minutes on 7 mph. Finished 18 minutes at 8 percent on the treadmill.
