1,500 miles for 2010. I hope to achieve sub-40 minutes for 10k and sub 1 hour 30 minutes for half marathon.

about 6 hours agoUmmmm.... you did great intervals! The pace was good but it sounds like you're worn down. Can you rest up and take care of yourself for a bit?
