No lightness in feet. From the beginning was feeling like I already ran 10 or more kilometers. Joints and especially knees were tired and ached too. Few times was making changes from run to walk. And a breathe was hard as everything other. HR was changing from 150 to 165 bpm just in a moment, in each little ascent.

Maybe you are raising your mileage too fast, try to give more time to your legs before going beyond 25 km.
