My new PB! 5 minutes better than a month ago in Helsinki.
Turned very flat run. 1st half = 2nd half = 01:56:28. I'm like a swiss watch :)
30 km my personal pace-maker was helping me to run faster and not to fear to do it. And in the last part - just wanted to finish as soon as possible. It wasn't "running", it was "moving" on almost dead feet. But they were keeping a pace, and I tried to control my HR. Our co-working gave a good result!
First 12 km garmin periodically was mad of many people around with garmin devices. My HR jumped to 190-220 bpm :)
Crowd was during all the distance. In some places I couldn't ran. I jumped permanently left and right, accelerated, slowed down... Even at the finish I couldn't accelerate as I wanted and run as I could at that moment.

Great marathon Antitella! Under 4 H and amazing splits! What a great day it was. I will definitely return next year. I liked this one more than Paris.

If I was a marathon runner the race of my dream would be the two oceans marathon in Capetown SA (it is over 50km, but running Chapman“s peak must be great)
