    Set a goal to run 8 miles today. I honestly doubted that I could do it, until I hit 6. There was no way I could quit with only 2 to go. Furthest I've run in 10 years. =)

      I have a 5 mile loop from the building, down to the water front on the trail there. That is a lot of pavement, though. There is also a 6 mile loop around Lake Union that I am looking into. Thanks for all the welcomes! I am starting to like this site.

    I am new to this, and looking for motivation. I am out of shape, so I signed up for a marathon in May. I built myself up to 6 miles in 4 weeks.
