    Hit 2 and leg was fine, then shortly after I could feel my injury just waiting to burst back. Kept in smooth and easy the rest of the way in and held it back from the pain really snapping back.

      Not sure if it is a muscle or tendon in my calf or my Achilles....but been dealing with it for past month trying to get it healed. I hate not running so I keep re-injuring it. This time took over 7 days off but did some cycling. So instead of rushing into it with fast paced and long runs, going to really ease back into it. Didn't hurt for yesterday and today's run so just going to keep to my slow progressed plan.

    Went out feeling ok with my sore Calf/Achilles (not sure). After getting after it pretty good the pain came back and I had to stop and walk the remainder of the trail.
