      Wassup man I've been using runkeeper a lot lately, it intergrates with my work flow better, I may use Nike when I start running.....

      Runkeeper doesn't work well with my iPhone so I use Nike and it synchs with dailymile really easy.

    This will be my morning daily workout till the new year.

    Jogged three miles and after each mile I performed 10 pulls ups. After jogging I jump roped for ten minutes :)
