      No hills this past week,it was all about recovery after last weeks hilly half.Some speedier stuff today and a heavy dose of hills for the next 10 days or so.

    Surprising run. Went out to do a 5k easy shakeout and ended up with a 5 miler at a toasty little pace to match the toasty conditions.Legs felt fantastic after 2km.
