      Esther - Coach Jeff has taught me a lot about training and how to approach it. If there's one thing I try to practice during every run it is not to overthink the workout. Just let it develop. Some days are going to be better than others.

    It's darker earlier in the morning and I couldn't find my headlight for my bike so it was back on the trainer. My indoor sensor is also broken so I need to replace 2 accessories.
