      ** Note - last year I ran 5 5km runs. My goal was 6. Shin splints made finding runs when I was fit problematic. This year I've done 2. Was signed up for 3 but asthma has been a big problem. Cost me 2 weeks of work. Physically, feel like I'm starting over from scratch. Dog & I need to get out more often. Setting a goal - walk min of 15 km per week to start. Will add distance when that gets easy. Then switch to running.
