After cheering for my Whipps at the UA Kidney run, took off w/ Gretch to get some miles in. Hard long run, think the heat and standing all morning hurt us. Grect gave up at 8 and I did a couple of couple of more loops. It was gorgeous out so after I took a nap in the park.
