      jeez, you and me both! Way to knock out 6 on the TM. Hopefully it was pain free as your next race is within 4 weeks I believe. I will start custom tailoring your plan to have your ready for Boston. First real workout is tonight after the run, I will teach you some true secrets on how to really carb load.
