    I got a short workout in because I didn't get myself moving fast enough this morning. But a better swim than I was hoping for, mixing in 200 yards each of back and breaststroke.

    This one was rough! I tried to mix in some backstroke and breast stroke, but my feet kept cramping with each lap of back. Wimpy feet.

      I am glad to hear you say that, Tammy (though not happy for your foot cramps). It's nice to know I'm not alone. :)

      It only happens when I back stroke. It's frustrating.

      One thing that helps me is to have some Nuun water. I find backstroke to definitely be the most cardiac-challenging stroke, plus you have to really flex your feet for that one.
