    Pitiful that (although hauling Cathy on the bike and stopping to cross roads, adjust straps, avoid construction, etc) my biking pace was very similar to Rich's running pace.

    Wow - that uses different muscles than running. But it was fun... a few laps with the kids, a few on my own.

    Actual running pace was 9:10 to 9:30, but this time accounts for my warm-up and cool-down too. Most importantly, still no knee pain!!! Me thinks the Warrior Wound is finally done!!!!!

    Holy wow was it hot inside Rec Hall. Easy run tonight... and the knee felt pretty good! Hooray! Giving a little competition a try on Monday with the Firecracker 4K.

    Intermittent discomfort until about mile 5-6, when it was more of a constant. Boo.

    The first mile or so was a little rough on the knee, but afterward I felt pretty good! I probably could have run farther but didn't want to push it.

    Put a brace on the knee which felt awkward but actually helped my Warrior Wound! Ran roughly 90% of the time tonight which is a huge improvement over my last few runs!!! Hooray!

    To the pool was pretty good, but after that, the knee was a bit of a problem. Still, it's the farthest distance I have gone since Warrior Dash, so perhaps I am making progress!
