    So, so glad to get out and run without a hat and a long-sleeved jacket! The first time this year I've worn my vest. It was windy - but still nice. I thought about going for 5 but figured it has been an off week so I would not push it too much.

    I actually felt great, wanted to run more, but I couldn't because we only had 15 minutes and Nile wanted to "run with mom." (he did one lap of the 13).

      Yeah, you were hauling! Are you always that fast or were you chasing Nile? I'm glad you got out there even with just 15 minutes - nice to have that feeling that you have energy to burn (especially now!)

    Did 20 minutes of Pilates after my run. It was hard (guess my ab muscles are fighting back) but it felt really good.
