    Mostly walking after the first mile. Kept pace with a non-runner. Great night and lots of sounds once the pack got away from us.

    Such a fun race! Kept a slower but steadier pace. Very humid but the color blasts were a great trade-off. ;)

    not timed but a good pace for fitness. Cardio is noticibly better and shoulder is the best it's been.

    Stamina was low but I didn't hydrate as much prior. I should have. The beautiful day and sun did me in. ;) Also was later starting due to a late night! It's all good. I went at least!

    Kept a steady pace with a little running but not at a good overall fitness yet. Need to up my pace. Same stretches as usual. Shoulder is improved but still feel it.

      I start at Papermill and go to Sparks. I work Wed - Sat so Sun, Mon, Tues are usually good. lmk if you want to meet. I'm still slower than I want but maybe we could start together at least!
