  4. RUN
    good 4.12 mi 00:49 11:53 pace

It was much cooler on this mornings run than yesterday afternoons run. I set my alarm for 6:45 but I think I'm going to have to work my way up to 6am. Which, for me, is very early.

Ha! I hear you on that. I have taken up running afte 8 p.m. when the sun goes down. While I might enjoy running earlier in the day, the PM runs fit my schedule better.

  5. RUN
    tired 4.12 mi 01:02 15:02 pace

This killed me today. My left arch was hurting for some strange reason. It was hot. My breathing sucked. My muscles were tight. I suffered through though hoping tomorrows run will be a little better.

  6. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:45 11:15 pace

I'm trying to work my way up to 5 miles....

  7. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:50 12:30 pace

I figure if I want to work my way to an "easy" 5 miles then I need to add more distance to my runs.

  8. RUN

    Ran up the BIG hill.

  9. VELO

Did you start in Rio Rico? I love that trail, too. One of my favorite places to run.

I did start in Rio Rico. While I was riding it I kept thinking, I want to run this. Is it safe to do by myself?

Yeah, just let people know before you go. It's even better in Tubac though

As I was running I saw a dog come out and bark at me. So I took your advice Philip, and I yelled "NO!" at it and then pointed and said "GO!" I'm in charge here damn it!

It did. The dog looked confused and then ran back towards the yard. It then turned around and came back and just watched me. He was confused.
