    Forgot to post yesterday so combining warm and cool miles plus race. New 5k PR 18:44 - went out way too fast and really struggled A LOT the last mile. But I'll take the 16 second PR!

      Good luck tomorrow AB! That's right in my old neck of the woods before I just moved. I'd run by the pickwick often. Maybe next year I'll give it a try. I'd sign up last minute but I don't think I should race hard again after a time trial yesterday and I'm planning for a half Mary on Sunday. Like you said, gotta save it for the big dance on 10/9.
