    Felt good even though my calves were tight and my right foot decided to act up a bit. Walked when my body was calling for a break but felt pretty good.

    Tried 3:00/1:00 intervals and held that for two sets then I dropped to 2:00/1:00 for the rest of the run. Gonna start hitting the pool more for laps to get my lungs back in better shape.
