      You do have a hip issue Anna! Hope you get it sorted.Has this started with road running,or,did it happen on the TM too? there must be some strengtening exercises you could do that would help.

      I was told when the chiro put me straight last week that the first two runs i do must be 10 minutes. And work up slowly. I did one ten minute run. And then did a 20 minute last night. I literally couldn't walk this morning. I hobbled to the clinic again. They made it straight but its just so fragile. No running for a week this time! :( I will get there. But yes Ruth, only since i been running. Got the pain on the TM too. x Thanks everyone. :)

      My hip. Its been a bit temperamental for years. But only when i went for really long walks. It twinged a little. But since i been running, its been hell. I could barely get into my car on sunday evening. i was sat on my bed last night and lifted my leg up and down and it clicked every time. Loudly and painfully. Its a shame cos i was just starting to enjoy running

      Hope your chiro can help. I go to mine and get my hip popped into place every once in a while and it does wonders!

    Went to the gym after work and had a go on the. Ross trainer. Much prefer the treadmill tho. Was made to do squats, burpees. And lots of other painful exercises i cant remember the name of. :)
