    I did two miles at 7.22 and 7.24 and one half at 3.29 and then a quarter at 1.29 with a 1.2 warm up and 1 cool down

    Did the jv state meet track twice....I was SUPER tired so my times were pretty slow.... but I'm glad I got to learn the trail!!

    five mile run in neighborhood! it was like 7:00 so it felt reallly good! we did three loops that were like 1.65 each, and then I ran a teeny bit more to hopefully bump it up to five!

    mile warm up, 1 mile interval, 2 half mile intervals, and 1 quarter than a 1.25 cool down....I actually felt pretty good because that quarter was the fastet I have ever done one!

    well....this was a fun meet, although i was VERY unhappy with my time....I thought I was running a fivek until about a half mile away from the finish line!!!
