Nice job!! That is an awesome pace! How did your knee hold up?

Thanks Marilyn, my knee started hurting a bit around mile 5 (there was a downhill section from about mile 1 to mile 5 and my knee just can't handle that kind of down hill) but I was able to play around with my form and keep it from getting to bad. I think if the race was any longer I would have been done for.
