    Getting over a cold and still recovering from displaced pelvis. This was the best run I've had during my recovery. Things are looking up!

    Very humid, sweated cobs! Happy with result though; it can only improve! Actual time 00:39:32 (I hate how this app rounds the time up - 28 seconds is ages when it's humid!)

    Hotter today. Calf muscles are the same as yesterday. HR peaked at 192. Ran slightly faster than yesterday; I was determined!

    First proper run for a few weeks. Calf muscles ache, heart rate was way too high; peaked at 190. It's a hot day and I felt I worked very hard!
