Was supposed to do a 6 mi tempo but was feeling crappy (still a little sick? Or just tired? It's been an off week) and knew my knee could use the extra rest. SO, 4 it was. With a little break after mile 3 (tried to find an elliptical, unsuccessfully). Just one of those days.
