Felt great! Did this same workout a month or so ago. It felt much easier this time (like I could've done a few more) and I did each of them a few seconds faster. The left knee didn't bother me much while running but of course tightened up afterward and bothered me while I was in bed (weird, I know). This morning my right knee (ITB) is really tight. Gotta roll it out I guess.
1.5 mi warm up
1st mile repeat: 6:05
2nd mile repeat: 6:03
3rd mile repeat: 6:07
4th mile repeat: 6:09
1 mile cool down.
Did pushups and abs afterward.


NICE job on the repeats! Always good to feel like you can do even more. I've suffered ITB issues too, never fun, but rolling's the way to go!
