Nice to explore the Bronx a bit. Felt very tired ... maybe from playing golf in the sun for a few hours preceding? The hills toward the end (up through Ft. Tryon park) almost killed me.

Fun, fun workout! Sounds pretty intense though. I agree that doing intervals like this for 7 miles is a bit excessive. You rocked it though so it shows that your fitness is at pretty good level right now. Can't wait to see how you do in NJM! Take care!

Aw, thanks Lam! I did a similar workout this but much more toned-down. Trying out an every-other-day running schedule as a solution to my knee issue. More quality, less frequency. Hope you're doing well!
